1.Refund and Replacement Policy

 Canvas Prints AU is working our best to make sure every customer 100% satisfaction with their order and have a nice shopping experience. In most of the casees, we do not allow refund. If there are any problems  (you received an incorrect or defective item, and it is a result of our error)  or damages with the order, you will need to contact our support team and send through pictures to show the problem, then Canvas Prints AU will arrange replacement of your order immediately. Please note if the order was damaged in transit, you will need to send through three pictures: A. Picture of damgae canvas prints. B. Picture of of airway bill,please make sure the airway bill is still pasted on carton box,and make sure the tracking number is visible. C. Picture of whole package. Please do not throw out the carton box before you taking pictures. 

2. Shipping

 The shipping cost is charged for each order, free delivery for orders over AUD120 and only one delivery address allowed in a order. If you need to send orders to different addresses, you will need to place different orders with each delivery address. Normally it will take about 3-5 working days for delivery within Australia, but we are unable to guarantee delivery of your order within a specific time frame, there may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods, such as Christmas. If your order need at a certain time, you will need to leave enough time for delivery, and we will not offer a refund for orders which arrive delay, as the delivery time is out of our control.


3. Privacy Policy

Canvas Prints AU collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter. When ordering or registering on our site, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: A. To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs) B. To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs) C. To process transactions, your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order, enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
