Order:

1.What is your turnaround?
Generally speaking, it will take about 3-5 working days to receive your order. But there may be some delay in delivery of orders placed during peak trade periods´╝îsuch as Christmas.

2. Can I preview my canvas print before ordering?
Yes, you can send through your images with requirements via email (support@canvasprintsau.com.au),then our designer will offer 3D preview immediately.


3.I do not know if my image can be printed and what size will be suitable?
If you have concerns about your image quality please email your images through to support@canvasprintsau.com.au then our designer will help to check it and offer advice.


4.What file format do you accept?
Images that can be opened in Adobe Photoshop are all acceptable to us, such as PNG, JPG, PDF, PSD and TIF files.


5.What is the depths of frame you use?
The depth of frame we use is 3cm, but we have other thickness (4cm, 1.8cm and so on) for your choice.


6.What happens if there is any problem with the order?
We are confident that you will be delighted with your canvas, if you are not entirely happy. Please email us with pictures, then we will arrange replacement immediately.


7.I have changed my mind on sizes,can I change my mind?
If this happens simply email us immediately. If you contact us shortly after ordering we will most likely to be able to fulfill your requirements. However once we have processed the order we cannot change anything.

1.What size of image can make the best effect canvas?
The minimum size of your photo should be at least 500KB, the clearer of the image, the better effect of the canvas.


2.If I want to change the image that I sent to you before, how can I do?
You need to contact us as soon as possible via email or chat us online, if the order has not been printed, you can send through new image.

3. What's the privacy policy about the use of my image?
You always maintain all copyright ownership of any image you sent to us. and we will never use your image in any manner rather than print them for you.

4.If I have problem uploading image on your site, how can I do?
You can send through your images with requirements via email or dropbox.com which allow you send large file, then we will create a order manually.

Shipping:
1. Is there a tracking number to track my order after it has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will get a notification email with the tracking number.

2.If I need my canvas by a certain day, how can I do?
If you need your canvas by a certain day, please leave each time for delivery, and indicate it in a note of your order, and then we can arrange your order preferentially.

3.What are your shipping costs??
$16.95 per order within Australia. $22.95 per order for other countries. No Hide Cost.

Canvas:

1.What kind of canvas do you use?
We use 420gsm high quality 80% cotton plus 20% Polyester mixture canvas.

2.Do you do canvas without frame?
Yes, we do. please contact us at support@canvasprintsau.com.au to a create manually order.

3.How do I clean my canvas?
The canvases are quite durable should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning you may try a damp cloth. If the canvas gets nicked and loses ink in a certain areas it can be touched up with felt–tip markers or paint.

4.Can I have the order sent to another address as a gift?
Yes, no problem. Simply enter the recipient’s delivery address and we will post the order directly to them. No invoice or receipt attached with the order.
